Barbazul 2021 is a red wine from VT Cádiz that is made by Huerta de Albalá located in Arcos de la Frontera.

Huerta de Albalá is a family winery conceived by its founder and owner, Vicente Taberner, to produce a selection of unique wines with integrity and maximum quality.

Preparation and aging

Barbazul 2021 is a blend of Tintilla de Rota (recovered native variety), Syrah, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon, whose grapes come from the winery's own vineyard and are harvested manually.

It carries out an alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in stainless steel, finally Barbazul is aged for 5 months in French oak barrels.

• View: Barbazul has an intense cherry color with violet hues. Clean and bright, medium layer, has a fine tear.
• Nose: Intense nose in which aromas of very ripe and liquorous black fruit stand out along with spicy, sweet and spicy notes.
