Azpilicueta Crianza 2020

Azpilicueta Crianza 2020 is a red wine made by the Alcorta winery in the Rioja DO.

Azpilicueta is one of the leading brands of the DO Ca. Rioja. Their wines are made with the traditional varieties Tempranillo, Graciano and Mazuelo.

Preparation and aging

Azpilicueta Crianza 2020 is made from the Tempranillo (85%), Graciano (10%) and Mazuelo (5%) varieties. For its production, the must ferments in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 25ºC after which it macerates for about 12 days.

Once the vinification is completed, Azpilicueta Crianza is aged for 12 months in French and American oak barrels followed by another 6 months of rest in the bottle with which it is just refined.
