Antidote 2022

Antidoto 2022 is one of the Riberas from the Soria area that is causing so much talk, due to its character and breadth of flavors. They are old vines at altitude, which produces a fresh and mineral wine, very interesting.

Antidote is the project of Bertrand Sourdais, who worked on great French wines such as Château Léoville-Las Cases or Mouton Rothschild.

Preparation and aging

Antidoto 2022 is a single-varietal Tempranillo grape. The harvest is carried out naturally. Pre-fermentation lasts 3 days and is carried out at a temperature of 12ºC. Fermentation lasts 6 days at a temperature of 25ºC.

Finally, the aging takes place in semi-new French oak barrels for 12 months.
