Adra Verdejo 2023

Adra Verdejo 2022 is a wine made with 100% Verdejo grapes and protected under the Rueda Designation of Origin.

Preparation and aging

Adra Verdejo 2022 is a single-varietal 100% Verdejo grape. Once the grapes are manually picked, they undergo cold maceration for 12 days at 6ºC. Subsequently, a very slow fermentation takes place for 21 days, at a controlled temperature, in order to preserve all the flavors and aromas.
