Honoro Vera Organic 2021 is an organic red wine made with Monastrell grapes from vineyards with certified organic cultivation.

Bodegas Ateca is a project of the Gil family, which seeks to make natural wines with the best grapes from each area.

Preparation and aging

Honoro Vera Organic 2021 is a single varietal of the Monastrell variety. Vinification in stainless steel tanks for 25 days with a maximum temperature of 25ºC. After malolactic fermentation, it remained in a stainless steel tank until bottling.

Without barrel aging.

• Nose: On the nose, attractive floral aromas stand out with hints of ripe fruits and a balsamic background.
